Custom Warudo/VRChat Avatar // Booth Edits

‼️ IMPORTANT ‼️
All TOS for each asset must be followed, usually meaning that both the commissioner (you) and the artist (me) must buy and own the rights to all assets purchased for this commission

There are two separate processes that go into making a VRChat avatar
MY MAIN FOCUS -> The 3D side (Blender)
SECONDARY FOCUS -> The setup for VRChat/Warudo (Unity)

Notes:
You MUST own or intend to own a VR headset with a FACE TRACKING ADD-ON to utilise the face tracking on the VRCHAT version of the avatarYou MUST have a booth account and supply proof of purchase of each base and asset ONCE THE COMMISSION IS ACCEPTED.If I do not already own your chosen base model, the price of your commission may be bumped up slightly. I already own A LOT of bases and assets, so don't worry too much about this.Head and body can be heavily customised to more closely resemble your character or vision
Additions are priced based on the complexity of adding it to your model/creating it from scratch.I cannot create heavily ornate or complex assets such as large dresses.
I specialise in cute styles, small decorative details, modern clothing, animal ears/tails and hairstyles.

• Terms of Service

This service focuses on 3D avatar customization and asset creation
Models are not created fully from scratch, but are heavily edited and customized using existing bases and assets (such as those from Booth and similar platforms)Avatars are primarily intended for:
VRChat (PC)
Warudo / VRM-based platforms
Final results may vary depending on:
Base limitations
Complexity of the design

• ASSETS & OWNERSHIP

I do not claim ownership of the base avatar or third-party assets used
The original creators retain rights to their assetsThe client must:
Own the base/avatar assets or
Agree to have them purchased on their behalfI only provide:
Customization
Editing
Original assets created during the commission

• PAYMENT

Payment is upfront unless otherwise discussed
Work will begin only after payment is received

• REVISIONS

Up to 3 revisions are included during the process
Revisions apply to:
Small adjustments
Minor design tweaks
Additional revisions may cost extra if:
Changes are major
Requested after approval of a stage
Require reworking large parts of the model

• DEADLINES & DELIVERY

Turnaround time depends on:
Complexity
Current queue
Rush orders are available
I will provide updates throughout the process

• USAGE

Avatars are intended for:
Personal use
VRChat / Warudo
Streaming / VTubing
Commercial use (such as selling the avatar or assets) is not allowed

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may:
Use the avatar for personal content and streaming
You may NOT:
Resell the avatar or its assets
Share or redistribute the files
Claim the work as your own

• REFUNDS

No refunds will be given once work has started
If the commission is canceled before work begins, a refund may be considered

• COMMUNICATION

Clear references must be provided before starting
Timely communication is expected
Delays in response may:
Slow down progress
Put the commission on hold

• Additional Notes:

Some features may be simplified to ensure proper functionality
Results may slightly differ from 2D references due to 3D limitations
